Katie joined MinistryCPA in 2023. Katie graduated from University of Northwestern Ohio with a Bachelor in Accounting in 2005 and passed the CPA exam in 2008. She has worked in the banking industry, with small size businesses, churches and non-profit ministries. She has a passion to help with the following processes: set-up of accounting systems, clean-up of accounting systems including investigating and assisting in correcting accounting discrepancies, re-organization of accounting records, ministerial tax returns, in addition to teaching and assisting entities in becoming aware of and complying with current tax laws and regulations. It is her heart to help clients to move forward encouraged with cleaner more efficient books.

She is currently working on re-activating her Ohio CPA license.

While she is working, she travels for the Lord serving with her family on the road in evangelism. The Lord allows them to serve with a tent revival ministry, helping to start church plants, encourage small churches, and building projects for ministries as the Lord leads. Katie enjoys spending time with her husband and children as they travel the country. Hebrews 11:19 has been a verse God has used to solidify the work of accounting in Katie’s heart.

“Accounting that God was able to raise him up even from the dead; whence also he received him in a figure.” – It is always a blessing for Katie to see others look at their Financial Reports and see yet again, what an ABLE God we serve.
